Supportive, inspirational and truly motivational are just a few words I'd use to describe DR Fitness. Having trained with Debbie for a long time I've been given nutritional information, dietary advice, detailed and varied exercise programmes and advice on health matters.  Debbie's help and support doesn't just last through training sessions but from wherever she is as continued motivation and support is received via text messages and telephone calls.

Aware of my well being, Debbie has not just been a personal trainer she's also been a true friend who's always willing to help.  I believe that with Debbie's 'never give up attitude' results will be mine. Debbie’s advice, help and support is very much appreciated and she is a great person to work with.

Goal: Improve performance


Being involved in a demanding sport, I always considered my knowledge of exercise and nutrition was fairly advanced. I was recommended DR fitness by a friend who informed me of their impressive credentials. I was looking to see if a new approach would help give me more of an edge in competition. DR Fitness gave me just that and I would strongly recommend their services to other athletes irrespective of their experience and level of fitness.

Goal: Lose weight for wedding


I was a bit nervous about seeing a personal trainer at first but speaking to Deborah put my mind at ease. Deborah's approach is great, information was easy to follow and understand. Sessions started off at a pace i was happy with then Deborah pushed me further and my fitness levels came on in leaps and bounds. I achieved my target weight for my wedding but more importantly got active and will definitely keep up with it. Many thanks.
